Terms of service

Last updated August 2026. Creating an account means accepting what follows.

1. What the service is

Review Helper (the service) gives a business a page and a QR code so that genuine visiting customers can compose and post their own Google feedback. The service never writes, posts, removes or appeals anything, and makes no promise about the content, quantity or ranking effect of anything a customer publishes.

2. Accounts

You register with a working email address and are responsible for everything done under your account. Keep the password safe and tell us immediately if you think it has been compromised. One person or company should not open multiple accounts to work around usage limits.

3. Permitted use

  • Giving the code to genuine customers you have actually served
  • Placing cards and printed material at your own premises
  • Entering truthful details about your business

4. Prohibited use

  • Scanning, ticking or posting on a customer behalf, or posting from any account that is not the customer own
  • Offering money, discounts, free items or prize entries in exchange
  • Giving the code only to customers who look pleased, or intercepting unhappy ones
  • Entering false business details, or linking a Google location that is not yours
  • Using the service for anything unrelated to your actual business
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, bulk scrape or attack the service

Breaking any of the above allows us to suspend or close your account without prior notice. Any penalty applied by Google as a result is the merchant own responsibility.

5. Fees

The service is currently free. We may later charge per generated draft. Before that begins, pricing will be published on the pricing page and registered merchants will be emailed. Usage during the free period is never billed retroactively.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service stable but cannot guarantee it is uninterrupted or error free. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages and events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. We restore service as quickly as we can.

7. Content and responsibility

Anything a customer publishes on Google belongs to that customer and is their responsibility. The details you enter are yours: you confirm they are accurate and that you have the right to use the text and images.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost business or reputational harm arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Ending it

You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end it if you break these terms. Afterwards your data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

Updates appear here with a new date. Significant changes are emailed to registered accounts. Continuing to use the service means accepting the updated terms.
