It depends on the business category you pick for the location. Once a location has used its 3 free runs, sign in to your merchant centre and the top-up page shows that location’s rate - so you know the cost before you ever spend anything.
Three per Google Business location. They belong to the Google location, not to your account - adding the same location again from a different account does not hand out three more.
Yes. Once the customer has generated the review and jumped to Google Maps, our part is done; whether they post it, and whether Google keeps it, is out of our hands. The same customer at the same location counts once per 24 hours.
Never. They do not register and they do not download anything.
No. There is no monthly fee and no expiry date - unused credits simply sit there.
It can be adjusted. We post a notice in the merchant centre before any increase takes effect, and the current rate is always on the top-up page - that is the rate that applies.
Your first top-up comes with an extra 20% in credits, once per account.
Yes. Within 30 days of buying them you can ask for a refund of whatever you have not used, no reason needed, priced at what you actually paid per credit and returned the way you paid. Credits you have already spent are not refunded - that service was delivered.
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App all work. Payment happens only on this website and is handled securely by Square; we never see your card number, and the credits land straight away. We do not take cash or bank transfers - anyone who asks you for cash or a transfer is not acting for Review Helper.
