This page breaks down what the customer sees and what you need to do at every stage. Nobody has to memorise a script and nothing about your checkout has to change.
The customer scans
Every location you add gets its own web address and QR code. Put the table card on the counter, the table or the front desk, or print the code on receipts, bags and business cards. The built-in phone camera opens it. Nothing to install, no account to make.
They tick what happened
The page opens with your name, your photo and your description, then a row of plain options: friendly staff, spotless room, short wait, easy parking, smooth in English and Chinese. They tick only what they actually experienced, and can add a line of their own.
They copy and post
Those ticks become one natural paragraph in English or Chinese. The customer reads it, changes any wording they want, copies it, and taps once to land on your Google Maps page and paste. Roughly thirty seconds end to end.
If the customer did not tick it, it does not appear
The customer side
Nothing invented, nothing exaggerated, nothing decided for them
The draft is built entirely from ticked options. Anything they did not tick never shows up. They can edit freely, and they can close the page and post nothing. It is their opinion — we only make the typing easier.
The options include negatives, so real problems can be said out loud
The draft is a suggestion, not a final text
Posting happens inside their own Google account
We never see their Google account and never hold their password
Your side of the product manages exactly two things: details and codes
Your side
All you do is fill the details in once
Create the account, add a location, fill in the name, address, phone and your Google share link, upload one photo and write a short description. Save, and the QR code exists. Download it in high resolution or print the table card we lay out for you.
Paste the Share link from Google Maps and the direct link is worked out for you
Chains add each branch separately, each with its own code
Edit the details any time — the code never has to change
You only ever see your own locations, and nobody else sees them
