Turn happy customers into written praise

Ten people leave delighted and not one of them writes anything. Review Helper shrinks the whole job to thirty seconds: scan, tick what actually happened, copy the draft, tap through to Google. The words are theirs. So is the decision to post.

Three steps

One scan, one more honest note on your Google page

No staff training, no script cards, no change to how you take payment.

The customer scans

Put the table card on the counter, the table, or the front desk. One tap of the phone camera opens your own helper page, with your name, your photo and your description on it.

They tick what happened

The page lists plain options: friendly staff, spotless room, short wait, easy parking. They tick only what they actually experienced, and can add a line of their own.

They copy and post

The page turns those ticks into a natural paragraph in English or Chinese. They read it, edit anything they like, copy it, and tap straight through to your Google page.

Why it works

They are not unwilling. They just do not want to type.

Most delighted customers forget about it before they reach the car. The ones who do mean to write get stuck on the blank box. The hard part was never the feeling — it is turning the feeling into a paragraph.

  • An open essay question becomes a few things to tap
  • Bilingual drafts, so language is never the reason to give up
  • One tap through to your page instead of searching for it
  • They can rewrite it, add to it, or post nothing at all

Why it matters locally

The shop at the top of Google Maps is rarely the cheapest one

Local ranking rests on distance, relevance and prominence. Volume, average score and freshness all feed prominence. A page that has had nothing new in six months and a page that gets something new every week are not the same thing to Google.

  • Fresh entries keep the page looking alive
  • Enough good ones dilute the weight of one bad one
  • People check the star line first, then the newest note
  • The words customers choose are real local keywords

Who uses it

If customers say “that was great” to your face, this is for you

The more your trade runs on word of mouth and local footfall, the more it pays off.

Restaurants & cafes

Hand over the card at checkout, or stick the code on the takeaway bag while the meal is still fresh.

Clinics & dental

Ask at the front desk on the way out. Keep it to the visit experience, never the diagnosis.

Law, accounting, insurance

Ask when the matter closes or the filing season ends. Professional praise carries real weight.

Real estate & home services

Closing day and final walkthrough are the moments. A week later the warmth is gone.

Salons, med spa, fitness

Right after the mirror moment is the most natural time anyone will ever ask.

Retail, auto, storefronts

Print it on the receipt, the card or the door and let it work without anyone speaking.

Where the line is

What we do, and what we will not do

This is not boilerplate. It is the premise the product is built on.

We do this

  • Lower the effort it takes a real customer to write
  • Turn ticked boxes into one readable paragraph
  • Offer bilingual drafts the customer can rewrite
  • Send them to the right Google page in one tap
  • Teach you how to answer criticism in public

We will not do this

  • Remove anything, or file removal appeals for you
  • Buy, invent or trade anything on your behalf
  • Write for the customer or post as the customer
  • Impersonate anyone or use invented accounts
  • Trade discounts or gifts for a five-star line

FAQ

The questions you are probably about to ask

Will you remove my negative feedback?

No. We do not remove, appeal or suppress anything on Google, and we turn that work down. Two things actually help over time: keep collecting genuine praise so one old note stops moving the average, and answer that note in public with restraint. We cover the second one in detail here.

Is this fake review generation? Could Google penalise me?

No, and no. The tool is for people who actually visited. Every sentence comes from boxes the customer ticked, and the customer posts it from their own Google account. We never write, post, buy or trade anything, and we advise against trading a discount or a gift for a five-star line — that is the practice that genuinely gets pages penalised.

Do customers need to download an app?

No. The phone camera opens the page. Tick, copy, tap through to Google. About thirty seconds, no sign-up, nothing installed.

I run three branches. Do I need three accounts?

No. One record equals one Google business location, and one account can hold many. Each branch gets its own ID, its own QR code and its own helper page, kept separate from the others.

What does it cost?

Nothing right now. Later we plan to charge a small amount per generated draft. Pricing will be published before it starts and existing accounts will be told first. Details on the pricing page.
