Can this review be removed
Most people asking “can I get this deleted” mean “what they said is not true” - which is precisely not one of Google’s removal grounds. Go through it point by point and see where it actually lands.
One thing to settle first
"It isn't true" is not a removal ground. A customer's opinion — too expensive, too slow, didn't like the food — is a legitimate review even when you disagree with it. Google removes only the seven categories that break its own policies, and whether the content is accurate is not one of them.
Accepting that before you start ticking saves a lot of effort. Far less is removable than most owners assume.
How to use it
Read the review and tick each item that genuinely applies. If you are unsure, choose "does not apply" — you have to be able to state a reason when you report, and ticking on a hunch just gets you rejected. Answers stay in your browser.
The verdict tells you three things: whether you can report it, which category to file it under, and which entry point to use. The middle one gets overlooked and it matters most — choosing the wrong category is the most common reason a report is rejected. The same review filed as "spam" gets rejected and filed as "conflict of interest" gets accepted. It happens daily.
If the report fails, or you cannot file one
The full reporting process, what to prepare and how long it takes, is in How to report a fake Google review.
If the verdict is that it cannot be removed, take the other road: write a good reply. A reply is not for the person who wrote the review; it is for the customers reading afterwards, who are judging how you handle a problem. For what to write, the Review response generator gives you three drafts, and the reasoning is in Can you delete a bad Google review and You got a one-star note. Now what?
There is a slower but more reliable road too: get the review count up. One one-star stands out among 30 reviews and all but disappears among 300.
Diluting the one you cannot remove
Less is removable than owners assume. For the one that stays, the most effective answer is to make it small in the total — one star stands out among 30 reviews and all but disappears among 300.
In practice, ten happy customers, and often not one of them writes a review — not because they do not want to, but because it is a hassle, and typing it out is worse. Review Helper cuts that step to thirty seconds: the customer scans your code, ticks a few things they actually experienced, and the page turns it into a sentence in their own words. Copy, paste, posted. We do not ghost-write and we do not post for anyone — what they write, and whether to post it, stays their call. Three free reviews for every Google listing, nothing to pay up front, no card needed. No monthly fee: you pay per use.
