Review Helper Trial Terms
Queste sono le uniche condizioni di prova di Review Helper, rivolte all’attività che ha ricevuto un codice QR di prova. Solo il titolare o il responsabile può scegliere una delle due opzioni presenti su quella pagina. Versione v7
This is a short notice. Please read it before you choose, as the owner or manager of this business.
1. What this is
A promoter has left a Review Helper QR code and a Review Helper information sheet at your shop. Scanning the code opens Review Helper: your customers tick what they actually experienced, Review Helper turns that into a paragraph, and the customer copies it and goes to Google to post it themselves.
This QR code is a trial. You do not have an account yet, and you have not paid anything.
2. The two options on the page
Only the owner or manager of this business may choose. A promoter must not choose on your behalf — if a promoter ticked it for you, tell us and provide what evidence you have: we will withdraw their promoter status and take back all of their promotion rewards.
Option one: accept the trial
This means you know the QR code is in your shop, you agree that customers may use it to write reviews, and you understand that what they post are real reviews: once they are on Google they cannot be taken back. The review belongs to the customer, and we have no right to delete or change it.
Once is enough — after that, customers scanning the code will not see these two options again.
Option two: we do not want it, please remove us
Choose this and the QR code stops working immediately; the trial location is deleted after 15 days.
3. The trial is free, and limited
Every business gets 3 free reviews. After that it takes a proper sign-up to continue.
Nothing is charged during the trial, and we will not ask you for a payment method.
If nobody accepts the trial, it expires by itself after 7 to 14 days and the QR code stops working then. Once the trial has been accepted, it stays as long as someone has scanned the QR code in the last 30 days, and only expires after 30 days in a row with no scans.
During the trial the features are limited and fewer experiences are offered. If you want the full version, please sign up and start using it properly.
4. How to start using it properly
This QR code currently sits in the promoter’s account. Here is how you make it your own:
Go to reviewhelper.net and sign up with your own email address → in the merchant centre, above My locations, enter the 9-digit transfer code (it is on the information sheet the promoter gave you) → the QR code is then genuinely yours.
After that the account is yours, the location is yours and the data is yours; the promoter can no longer touch it. From then on you top up online yourself at reviewhelper.net. Please do not hand cash to a promoter — nobody can top up on your behalf.
5. Other ways out
Besides the removal option on the page, you can simply take the QR code away or destroy it. If nobody scans it, nothing happens, and it expires by itself: after 7 to 14 days if the trial was never accepted, or after 30 days in a row with no scans if it was.
6. Before you use it properly
These terms cover the trial only. Once you have signed up and claimed this location, the full Terms of Service apply — you will be asked to confirm them when you register.
